Leader meeting

Come and receive your church's To Norman With Love kit.  It will include everything you'll need to have a successful involvement in the event this year.

The first meeting to coordinate the 2011 service day will be held:

• First Baptist Church (300 W. Comanche St.)
• B-18 (basement room)

Information meeting

We will be holding an informational meeting for churches who are interested in participating in the 2011 To Norman With Love service day.

• McFarlin United Methodist Church (419 S. University Blvd.)
• Room 222 - located on the 2nd floor, just off the atrium, in the middle of the church

The Day Schedule

May 21, 2011

8:30am - We will begin bright and early with a morning rally.  We will be encouraged by such wonderful people as mayor Cindy Rosenthal.  All groups will meet at the First Baptist Church FLC (address/map on flyer) for light refreshments, coffee, and enough hoorah to awaken and prepare the most tired individual.

9:00am - Dismissal to predetermined assigned project sites.  It is important that you coordinate with Joey Armstrong and your group so that you are appropriately equipped with necessary tools/supplies for your project.

Project ending times depend on the project itself.


That's it.  It's that simple.
